The Asonti Tote is the first artifact produced by André LaNeal. Created during the Founding Era, it represents the House’s initial expression of form, material, and purpose.
The design is structured and restrained, with emphasis placed on balance, durability, and clarity of use. Each element is included with intention, and nothing is introduced without function.

The name Asonti reflects the role of the object. It represents the one who carries the beginning forward. As a daily object, the tote is designed to move with its owner, integrating into routine while maintaining its presence and integrity over time. As part of the first body of work, each piece remains associated with the Founding Era and serves as a physical record of the House’s origin.

The beginning is carried forward.
