Limited Warranty Coverage

André LaNeal products are crafted with the highest standards of design and workmanship. We stand behind the quality of our handbags, accessories, apparel, and footwear. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

During this period, André LaNeal will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any eligible product that is found to be defective under normal conditions of use.

What Is Covered

• Defects in leather, fabric, or hardware arising from manufacturing
• Faulty stitching or construction
• Material failures not caused by external damage

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear (including scratches, scuffs, or natural aging of leather)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Water damage, stains, or exposure to chemicals
• Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes that do not affect function

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact admin@andrelaneal.com with:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Photographs of the product and the defect
• A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, André LaNeal will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our service center; return shipping of the repaired or replaced product will be covered by us.

Remedies

At its discretion, André LaNeal will:

• Repair the product with new or equivalent materials, or
• Replace the product with the same or comparable style, or
• Issue store credit if repair or replacement is not possible

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. No other warranties, expressed or implied, apply. André LaNeal is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of its products.
